Uganda, known as “The Pearl of Africa,” is a spectacular East African destination famous for mountain gorilla trekking, wildlife safaris, lush forests, lakes, waterfalls and breathtaking landscapes. Popular experiences include Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, Murchison Falls, Queen Elizabeth National Park and the Rwenzori Mountains.

Bangladeshi passport holders travelling to Uganda for tourism should apply for a Uganda Tourist Visa online before travel. Uganda requires visa-prone travellers to use its official online immigration portal.

   • Details of planned activities and destinations in Uganda
4. Flight Itinerary / Booking
5. Hotel Booking / Accommodation Proof
   • Hotel reservation, or
   • Address of alternative accommodation
6. Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate
   • Should be available for travel to Uganda and may be required during the immigration process.
7. Additional Supporting Documents
   • Immigration may request additional information or documents during processing.

⏱️ Processing Time

Uganda Immigration indicates that visa applications are generally processed within less than 3 working days, although additional information may be requested and processing can therefore take longer in individual cases.
